Hey, Sailor64, you seem to be activating the tri team! I am doing a I little 5 K with my sister today. Snow showers expected Sunday. It is NOT tri season here, but my goal is to do the Nations Tri in 2016, so doing a little I running year round is a step in that direction.

Joy from VT!

Good luck on your tri this weekend. There is some pretty good racing on the Florida West Coast. I haven't done any tris over there, but I did my first trail race in Inverness in March. I would like to do St. Anthony's.

Running my first race of the season this weekend in preparation for a Triathlon next weekend. Just a little tune up before a bigger event next week.

Last year I won the swim for my age group and the two younger age groups below me. Have a new bike for that leg of the race, not sure about the run. I haven't done the 15K distance in more than 10 years. Didn't do the run in last year's event because of shin splints. Looking forward to improving my time from last year.

Wish me luck.

Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels and looks.
