Swimming is my weakest link too - I was never a swimmer all my life until now. In my last triathlon I sucked most at the running part, believe it or not. But I still think I suck at swimming!

It's easy to say you're too tired, too stressed, too busy, too this or too that. Too bad. The only way you'll strip away the fat is to start by stripping away the excuses.

Thank you! The swim is also my weakest link. I'm just slow. Any general suggestions or videos you can suggest?

Life is good!

Hey Everyone,

I have started several threads for swim training on the SWIM FANS team page. They are designed to get people back in the water and develop endurance in the water. Later, I will develop threads for open water training and others for increasing speed in the water.

If anyone has any specific questions regarding stroke mechanics, workouts, cross training for the swim, weight training for swimming or anything else regarding swimming, please email your questions to me on Sparkpeople.

Let's GET WET.
