I'm only just returning to SP after a couple of intense years of getting my degree and becoming a teacher. I have only been tracking for a couple of days now but it feels so good to be on track and I can clearly see where I have been going wrong for so long. It made me aware that I was eating theses extra goodies in the evening. I track throughout the day as I am on holiday at the moment but when I go to work I'll have to do it the evening before.

I was doing awesome tracking from Jan-May. Lost 20# and suddenly quit tracking again. Now weight is stagnant and I still have a few pounds to lose. Not sure why I can't get myself back on track...no pun intended emoticon

Tracking? I am so bad about that part of it. Thankfully, I am much better about "Doing" - I just forget to enter it a lot of days. I would love to hear what people do to make themselves do the tracking

Not sure about anyone else but I am having a rough time keeping up with all of my tracking this summer. Does anyone else have this problem and can you offer any solutions?
