Hi!

I hope some of you could give some advice...

I did my first Olympic Tri on 6/18/11, it wasn't exactly the stellar performance that I wanted. Then right after that I went on vacation for a week. Hacked out some training but not as focused as before. I have another race scheduled 7/31/11, not as hard though, flatter course, less miles on the bike which is also an Olympic Distance & this time I want to shine. However, my heart hasn't been in it since returning from vacation, I feel like I'm struggling to cram workouts in just to say that they are done. This of course is after a long weekend & such which is always hard to regroup from...

Anyhow, curious out there if anyone has experienced the same & any ideas of how to switch things up to get more focused? I need to find my triathlon motivation!
