I felt guilty throwing the pulp away but had no idea what to do with it. It looked like colorful paper mache or some kind of primitive mortar to build a hut with! Muffins sound like a good idea since they would be high in fiber. Has anybody tried to make them? I'm going to hunt for a recipe.

I imagine it would be fine in a freezer...you might even be able to put it in ice cube trays and freeze them for smoothies. I was going to suggest muffins, but you already got that one.

I don't have a juicer or a recipe for this, but my mom makes some really good muffins with the pulp from her juicer.

I have never actually tried it, since I don't have a juicer, but I would think that you could make some delicious bread with it. Just substitute the pulp for the fat (i.e. butter or oil) that is in the recipe. That's what I would try with it anyways.
