Righ tnow I am eating low carb..eating portion control..just watching my sugar and flour ..easing my way back to the dash diet way of eating

I eat 1300-1600 calories per day and balance my nutrients per Spark People.

I follow the old WW Exchange Plan. It has kept me at goal for decades. It has become a second language to me. It's a little fussy, and doesn't lend itself well to prepared foods or eating out, but for me it's a way of life.
