Just ignore what it says your supposed to eat for fat...At the end of the day I look at the daily report. There is a pie chart that gives percentages. There you can see if you are matching the percentages YOU want to see...and ignore the other.

John6:27(NLT)"But don't be so concerned about perishable things like food. Spend your energy seeking the eternal life that the Son of Man can give you. For God the Father has given me His approval. "

Hi, I am Kathy from N. Alabama. I am learning about WAP and NT. It totally makes sense. My biggest problem is tracking my food on SparkPeople and it not reflecting the whole foods approach. It seems that the fat is too low. What is the point of tracking if I get to see those numbers jump up like that. Is there a way to edit it? I am 60 pounds overweight, I want to loose the weight and tracking helps, but it is very discouraging when the totals at the bottom of my tracker do not reflect the way I want to eat.

Kathy
