What? Thighs don't necessarily have to touch? Mind blown. lol Yeah that would be a goal along with getting my upper body looking smokin hot for my best friends wedding this fall. Maid of honor duties in a strapless dress...yikes.

My current short term goals are to learn to eat better and to exercise on a regular schedule.

I want to reduce my risk, while I'm still fairly young, of being afflicted with the illnesses that run in my family (Including heart disease). That way I'll be able to thoroughly enjoy the later years of my life.
I want to relieve the ever-constant pain in my back and knees.
I want to be confident and comfortable in my own skin, no matter what I'm wearing. This goes extra for swimsuits. I absolutely love swimming but have been so against being seen in a swimsuit that I haven't gone in years.

And I'm in agreement with sunset24.. I'd love to have my thighs not rub together! haha

my goal = walking my way to skinny


Skinny to me means MY thighs wont touch at some point in my life :-)

I have several goals and rewards!

First and most important to me is self confident in the clothing that I wear. I am always so uncomfortable.

And second t gain energy!! I have only lost 9 pounds and I feel a little better each day.

My best reward is to go to the beach and wear a NORMAL swimsuit!!!

I want to be healthy. I want to be able to walk up steps without feeling like my lungs have collapsed. I want to lose this extra person that seems to have taken up residence in my body! I want to stick with a healthy lifestyle!!!

1. I want to be healthy and strong. I don't want to worry about developing diseases as I age due to poor diet or inactivity.

2. I want to be able to wear anything I want without being afraid I am too chubby to pull it off.

3. I want to be successful at roller derby. This means lots of practice and lots more strength training and cardio.

4. Since I am already making the effort to make my body stronger, healthier, and (to me) prettier, I want to take time to work on my picture or myself and my general self-esteem. For me, there's no point working really hard to get to my goal weight if my insecure feelings are going to follow me there.

5. I want to find attractive dress clothing to wear to work. I'm sick of boxy jackets and pants and skirts that make me look wide and dumpy.

For my skinny future? =)

Well for this summer my goal is to surprise a lot of people with my weight loss once I go back to my hometown! I look forward to telling them "I've lost 50 pounds, yep that's right! Just by exercising and eating right!" I'm sure a lot of people will assume I've taken pills or drinking diet shakes every day. :) Can't wait to tell them my "secret" ;)

Also just to be healthy and have more confidence. I'd love to do so many things but be confident about doing them too. I can't wait! I hope to improve my self esteem too. It's slowly getting better :)
