When I initially posted this, the meetings were free. The price, and whether it's worth it, is something to think about, especially if you already think you won't be able to make time in your schedule. Right now, they have a free week, and you can cancel if you don't think it's worth it. There is also a "pay for two months, get three months" going, so you could try that, and get a good feel of them before deciding whrpether to go on with them or not.

The topics (so far) have been ones that are relevant to everybody.

I never want anyone to 'sit quietly' during class. We get as much out of them as we put into them. The more we participate, the better the meeting is for everyone.

Hope this helps. If you have more questions, please let me know.

I am still contemplating whether to sign up for the $12.99/month. Concerns are making time for them with my already hectic schedule, and whether they are really worth it. Also, what if one topic for the week doesn't relate to me, do I skip it, or do I attend and sit quietly. Ideas accepted.

Will renew their strength.

They will run and not grow weary,
They will walk and not be faint.

Yes Wood, I am still doing them. When I first posted that, they were offering them free. Starting in September, they charge $12.99 per month now, and you can attend as many classes as you want at that price, but the same class is offered through the week. Various leaders are teaching (Bobby and Anne share the leadership of a couple of classes), and I actually have four classes through the week (Monday and Tuesday evenings / Saturday and Sunday mornings).

And as for how it works, you just click on the link, and it will take you through the process. There is an orientation meeting that they like you to start with (I don't teach those), so that you are familiar with how the room works, and how to turn your microphone / webcam on, etc.

After that, there are meetings each week, on whatever topic is chosen for that week. This week, it's "Dealing with Emotional Eating".
