We are warming up into the 60's today but rain is coming with it. It looks like rain all week! :(
I miss my walking outside!
I want to get out and try my new kayak I got for Christmas also. Again it all has to do with the weather around here.
Have a great week!

Kayotic - sunburnt? I would actually like that right now!
Wow, here in Michigan I think I got frost bite! LOL! The weather here has been terrible for April. Yesterday woke up to snow every where! When will we ever get warm weather again?

It happens, especially if folks are burning the stuff, so be careful! (that would not be fun...)

I got sunburnt this weekend, and now it's raining here! I'm happy for that, since I haven't put my sprinklers on for the lawn yet.

Kay- yes...this is going to be a crazy year. I have twice this spring gotten little patches and I stay on the dirt path...this week I even worried my airway issues were poison oak in the air...LOL..

Have fun with your geocaching , it's great to find an activity outdoors that you can enjoy with your family!

Maui, I hear you on the poison oak, I have a touch on my inner elbow, and have no idea where it came from! But I'm pretty sure it's poison oak....from lots of past experience with the stuff!

James - I think you'll love geocaching if you enjoy exploring the outdoors. Geocaching will take you to areas that you would have never gone before.
We found a cache that a bear had chewed on. We know that because the owner told us! We have lots of great stories from geocaching and I hope you have some to when you get out there.
Enjoy!
Mary

Oh it wouldn't be fun geocaching in poison oak! My husband usually ends up getting himself into poison ivy while out geocaching. He hates the rash he gets from that, but it's worth it to him because he'll go right back into area of poison ivy again to find a cache if he thinks it's in that area.

HI Kits!

I hope you do try it! It's a lot of fun! You can really get some good hiking miles in also if you go to State Parks and area where you have to walk to find them. I love geocaching! We walked 5 hours one day doing a multi-cache. That means you find the first cache with a clue in it and then that one will take you to another one and so on. It will also take you to place you would have never gone to before. My husband is hooked on it now too!
Please let me know if you do try it and what you think! :)
Have a great day!
Mary

Hi!
You have a GPS well then you are ready to go! :)
Geocaching is so much fun! I was addicted last year when I started doing it. We started up again this year now that it's getting warmer hear in Michigan. You can get a lot of hiking in when geocaching. We've walked for over 5 hours one day up in a State Park looking for one.
Let me know if you ever try it!
Mary

Hi Mary... That's one outdoor activity I haven't tried yet, even though I do have a handheld gps ... it does sound like fun though ...

Just keep swimming!

Never give up!
