Onicam, the only way to get back on track is ......

1. Make a plan

2. Begin the plan TODAY!!!

3. Don't look back and don't make excuses.

I know all too well how hard it is to get back on track after we've fallen by the way side, but you can do it, it just depends on how badly you want to do it. I understand about your injury, but you could do some chair exercises, you can even get canned goods and use those for weights and do those as you sit in the chair. Yes, the exercise is important, but its not as important as what you put in your mouth.

Make a plan, track your food, drink your water or whatever liquid you want, and start today. That is how you get back on track.

All the best,
Joan aka Kentuckywoman

At this time I need some help getting on track not just staying there. I am struggling with it and the stress I have is of course not helping, but I have been off track for a long time and now I don’t know where to begin. I thought that my summer goal was to exercise more, but not from the exercising, but I just did at least my 90th sprained foot/ankle and I am only 39.
