QUESTION: Name one thing that you must have when you are working out.

My Fitbit. I recently found an app called RunKeeper that has a variety of music set to a specific RPM, which seemed to help keep me moving while I was on the Arc Trainer.

I lost the 0.4 I gained last week. Honestly, I think I had a hard time earlier in the week when Chris confirmed that he was going to Jordan. I know I shouldn’t worry, but it’s so far away. It’s just a bit stressful. We have so much we need to figure out before he goes. He’ll be gone the entire week of the 6th of March. I just do not sleep well when he is not here. I better get moving so I can get ready for work! Happy Friday!
