Ever have one of those times of complete and utter lack of motivation? Most of us have experienced that once or twice.
Those times where even thinking about weight loss makes your knees go weak and your head start spinning? Most of us have had that to happen as well.
One of those times where it all seems completely overwhelming? Yep, been there done that and have the t-shirt to prove it.
Don't worry, we've all been there.
Thousands of people have been there, and guess what? They've made it to goal.
Everyone will experience those moments (often times, more than once).
You know what you do in those times?
You dive in even further. You dig a little deeper, you find that strength you need.
You get in the meeting room. Or you can come here and vent. You plan your meals. You prep food for the week. You reach out for support when you need it. If you journal, then you journal. Call a friend, go for a walk, call the Priest....JUST DO SOMETHING!!!
Because the things that are really worth striving for in life are never easy things to attain, but they are the most rewarding things imaginable.
So knuckle down and get there.
