NO I DON'T LIKE TO HAVE MY PICTURE WHEN I AM SO LARGE. BUT I DO HAVE SOME FROM THE PAST WHEN I WAS SMALLER.

No I didn't make an effort, but I did dig out some before pics that I found. I don't like to pose for pictures....I'm the one who always ruins it with squinted or shut eyes lol!

QUESTION: Recently, I have seen more before and after pictures. Did you or are you making a conscious effort to measure your journey in photos or in another way?

I am pondering starting the photo each month to see how my body changes. I think it may help the process.

So yesterday, I did something a little out of the ordinary for me. In the past, I have binged on Cheez-its. I have made a point of not eating them when we buy for the kids or I have someone get me a serving. I had veggie soup yesterday and I made an effort to check the SmartPoints for the Cheez-its and I got a small bowl and portioned them out for myself. I had 27 Cheez-its with my soup. It gave me a little crunch and I was able to enjoy my soup and crackers. I definitely need to plan better and make this a great week. Having a game plan is key. I better finish getting ready! Happy hump day!
