Morning workout is usually anywhere from thirty to 50 minutes. Then I like to walk at lunch and that can be 20 or more minutes daily.

I prefer all at once, in the morning, then it is done and I can go on with my day. Somedays I do alittle several times a day, mostly riding my bike, I usually do a few miles at a time and before I know it somedays, I do several miles!

I used to do it first thing in the morning, but lately it seems to be several times a day.

I try to get at least 45 minutes a day..

Depends. Sometimes I practice dance routines while fixing dinner. Maybe only go through something 3 times but believe me undulations are exercise. Sometimes, I just drill shimmies or slides for 5 minutes if I am on the phone or something like that.
We talked about exercise last night at our meeting and it is amazing that so many people think exercise is about forcing yourself to so something physical which you don't want to do. Putting on music and dancing is exercise. Parking at the far end of the mall and walking as fast as you can to the store you are there for is exercise. Taking your dog for a walk and running with your pup in a field are exercise too! Much of my "exercise" is done in little chunks but I still get in at least 3 60 + minutes of exercise a week while I dance to my husband's band or at troupe practice.

I've been doing mine all at once. I hit the greenway on the way home from work and get my walking miles in. (Great stress reliever, too!) Not sure what I'll do when daylight savings time ends and it's dark when I go in and dark when I get off, but for now, this is what's working for me!

I work FT, have 4 year old twins & 2 nephews (3 & 2). My workouts go on the calendar and the time is blocked off just for me.
