Lunch is always difficult for me because I usually eat too much and count too many points. Will have to use some of your ideas here.

Today I did good for lunch. Had a bit of leftover Asian Salad and cut up some grilled chicken breast in it to extend it.

Splurged on snack so that was not pretty!!!!

Today I am going to skip lunch, I had a huge breakfast with a friend. I haven't planned dinner and it is almost 4, so I need to think about what I am going to make, all I know is that i plan on having a big salad, since I stopped by the fruit market and stocked up on fruits and veggies.

About 6 cups of iceberg lettuce, 1/2 cup of chick peas, and a cup of Splenda sweetened lowfat buttermilk. Sounds awful but it's good, it's a lot, and VERY low cal.

So far, leftover oven-fried chicken breast and potato salad, a tossed salad and a piece of fruit. If I'm still out doing errands, a charbroiled chicken salad and fruit cup from Chik-Fil-A(sp.).
