For those who are hard to buy for...
One of my best friends gave this to me a couple of years ago. I thought it was the neatest "gift" I've received in a long time. Buy nine gifts, corresponding with the numbers, wrap each individually, label gifts according to the numbers, print off the list, and have the person read the list and open the gift individually. You can buy very inexpensive gifts, or the sky's the limit. Do whatever is right for you.
I've done this several times, and everyone loves the idea. This is definitely "the thought that counts." Hope you try it!!

Stress Relief System

Read carefully and apply.
This may work!

Remove all items and open each package in the order given.

1. Begin each day with an inspirational thought.
2. Add a little sparkle to your life.
3. Keep a song in your heart.
4. Keep a “Thankful” journal. Write something good that happened to you each day.
5. Luxuriate…rejuvenate.
6. Do something just for you.
7. Make a toast to the good things in life.
8. Don’t burn the candle at both ends.
9. Keep in mind that “STRESSED” spelled backwards is “DESSERTS”. If you’ve tried all of the above and still feel stressed, EAT CHOCOLATE.

Merry Christmas and all the best wishes for a Healthy, Happy New Year filled with love and peace.

I used the following but you can use what applies to the person. Come up with any idea that will relieve stress.

#1. Inspirational calendar
#2. Glittery Christmas ornament
#3. Christmas CD
#4. A daily journal
#5. Bath and body set
#6. Hand cream
#7. Bottle of Asti Spumante
#8. A candle
#9. A BIG Hershey Bar

As you can see you can let your imagination run with this. Print out the “open” instructions and have the person read and open each gift in the order listed. It is a really fun thing to do…for the giver and the receiver.

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could...
