I do at least 10,000 steps daily. That’s about 75 minutes on the treadmill. Every second day I do some strength training and I’m taking a fitness class on Friday mornings. I’m 76 so that’s about all I can handle.

did 20 minutes of pilates/ yoga...did my lower back exercises (20 mins), and 45 minutes of water aerobics with water weights at the gym.....
