After being helped out to breath fresh air at my last job. Breathing is nice.

After the nurse said good you did not put a heating pad on that, you could have burst it and died.

I went in for a heart murmur. The Doctors decided I would have open hear the next week.

Maybe some day you could go and exercise with her. Work up to the running and all in time and she can help you get into a routine.

yup definitely feeling it. I cannot give up though.

I don't think I will ever catch up to my daughter yet. She wakes up early and does cardio or strength training on alternate days, then goes to school, runs for about 2 miles after school every day then goes to the gym and does 4 hours of gymnastics and before bed Pilates or Yoga............and she is 8, yes 8 years old.

But she is a great inspiration to me. "you can do it mama, here just lift your leg a little more" lol...........Ill get there but probably never to her level!!!!

Yes tonight she chose for us to do Coach Nicole's 12 minute Pilates Ab workout video..........I am gonna feel THAT in the morning, lol

Yea I am just a little out of shape: I just did the 20 minute Yogalates video with my daughter and I thought I was going to DIE. SMH never do Yoga or Pilates with a gymnast if you are out of weight!
