Excuses…OVERRULED!

I am so excited about today in our Made to Crave study! You do NOT want to skip today. Please read all of the words in this post, view today’s video, and click the links provided to give you some GREAT information to help you on this Made to Crave study.

How many excuses have you found for not exercising or sticking to your healthy plan?

Well, our good friend and Made to Crave leader, Nicki Koziarz, has found quite a lot of her own. Intervention was necessary, so she had a session with Judge Melissa. Take a look~

Do you need a few good solid reasons to make those healthy choices you know are necessary? Well today, I want to invite you to meet my friends Buck and Rachel Buhler of B3 Fitness. I received their recent newsletter and I just had to share it with you.

***side note~ I used to do boot camp with Buck and Rachel and I LOVED it! Due to a scheduling conflict with my family, I had to stop going, but the value I received from this encouragement was priceless, and I still carry it with me today. They taught me that my body was capable of more than I ever dreamed. I just had to do the work. And it is worth it. A big part of why exercise and nutrition are so important to me today is because of what I learned during my time at their boot camp. And as an added bonus, they are super kind, very encouraging, and they really care. And, oh yeah, they love Jesus too!

You have two assignments today.

1. Read MY favorite chapter of Made to Crave, Chapter 5~ Made For More. Read the last section of this chapter Discover a Hope and Power Like No Other twice. If you can, read it once silently, then once out loud. Preach it to yourself for it is some good truth! Lysa doesn’t waste words here. Get excited! As you can tell, I really got excited about it!

2. Make a list of excuses you have been giving yourself for not making healthy choices. Then OVERRULE them with truth and a solution.

Hi Tina! Sounds great!! I will discuss it with you here.. I just cannot commit to one more online bible study! I am doing 2 right now , plus teaching and so many other things!! BUT I would LOVE to discuss it here....

Good morning! Last year we attempted to do the Made to Crave study here, but kind of fell by the wayside.
I discovered that an online study with Lysa through her Proverbs 31 Ministries is starting January 19th. Go ahead and join there, and then we can do discussion and accountability here, too, for a small group touch, if you like.

Anyone interested? I signed up!
