Good job ladies!! emoticon

I had a very poor March. We were doing too much running around/eating out with our student to be able to pay attention to what I was doing. We DID get the field trips in which gave me plenty of walking!

April should be a bit more settled. The fridge is all cleaned out and it's time to plan some menus and buy some healthy food!

Goals:
Lose 5 pounds. (First month is the easiest!)

Walk 5 days a week minimum--either outside or with a video.

Do bootcamp starting today.

Drink my water every day.

April goals:

Sorry I haven't been checking in as often. It's been a whirlwind lately.

I was able to reach all of my goals last month. Wow! It's amazing!

Now this month, I'd like to drop a pound or two and maintain that. I'd also like to keep running and add 1/2 mile to my current trail. As long as the rain stays away most of the month, this should be attainable. I really don't like running in the rain, unless it is really warm as well.

How'd everyone else do?
