I am going to add strength training 3x/week

Lose 4 pounds this month. (That's going to be a tough one but I think I can do it!)

My March Goals:

emoticon : Lose 4 pounds

emoticon : Finish the last 15 days of the 30-Day Shred

emoticon : Complete running my first 1 mile without stopping.

emoticon : Track food, water and exercise for the month, EVERYDAY, Lord willing.

My March goals:

emoticon Lose 6 pounds.


emoticon Track my food and water daily unless we go out of town--which may happen once.


emoticon Do the bootcamp videos all month starting today. (If we're gone, I'll make them up the day we get back.)


emoticon Get dd's room all cleaned out so we can redo it in April. (I did get some stuff cleaned out Sunday!)


emoticon Do at least 3 field trips with our Japanese guest so he sees non-homeschoolers, too. ;)
