These were my goals for February:
Drink water everyday.
Eat more vegetables (not just fruit to hit my goal).
Work out more days than I don't.
Lose 2 lbs to get going.

So far:
I've been doing a great job with drinking water. I have to remember to do this all during the day and not just right before bed.
I got lots of workouts in. Walking a couple times a week. A couple trips to the gym and walking more instead of hoping into the car for close trips.
I still need to be doing a better job at vegetables, but I am making some steps here.
Don't think that I've actually lost any weight. But I was feeling a lot perkier and tighter until I got sick this weekend. A cold hit our family hard. But today I feel almost human again and I'm planning on making it out for my walking group.

1- Exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week (thank goodness it's a short month!)
2- track all calories and stay within my range
3- 8 cups of water a day
4- think about what I am grateful for every day

OK-
1) I'll actually, cold sweat breaking out, track my food for 28 days.
2)And, gulp, eat w/in my calorie range.
3)Swim 3 days/week working up to a mile. I'm logging these now to get across the "English Channel" 42 miles.
4)row/walk/cardio 2 miles per day or 1/2 hour. - I'm logging these to watch myself get to the moon in about 20 years =-)
5)"crossfit" my mega-workout challenges 4x/wk.
Good luck ladies! Do we check in again at the end of each week w/how we are progressing?

I just love goals and I usually accomplish them so much better when i write them down:

1.) Continue walking with Leslie 6x a week for atleast 15 miles each week.

2.) Doing atleast 1-2 Tae-Bo workouts eack week.

3.) Watching my portion size (sometime it sneaks out of control!)

4.) Have a couple of hours of "them" time with mommy with each of my children. Time can sometimes run together with a large family and I don't want anyone feeling left out or like they are the "middle child".

Feel free to include some that don't include losing weight or such!

Here are mine:

1) Exercise 3-5 times a week--at least the WATP 1 mile 5 days a week. Substitute swimming 30 minutes a day while I'm gone for a week.

2) Add a minimum of 35 miles to the February walk thread.

3) Eat a minimum of 3 fruits and veggies a day.

4) Keep drinking my 8 glasses of water a day, and keep track of them! I've been drinking lots of hot water and tea, but not counting it at all.

4) Tote the boxes of 'to go' stuff out of the house! And make sure there are more boxes of stuff gone by the end of the month. (Hate to lose my momentum! lol)

5) Go through dd's room so it can be painted.
