I know what you mean. Colds can really take it out of you!

I've finally got myself tracking my food intake again. Even though my DH brings his laptop home every night, I kept making excuses for not doing it since I didn't have it here when I was actually eating. But for five days straight I've written down EVERYTHING I've eaten and am doing much better now.

We love the WATP DVD's! I have atleast 10 or more different ones. I do them solo, with my DD and even with my DH, too. I really try to do atleast two miles every day. It makes a huge difference for me.

This cold has helped me get that water in, and cut my appetite. I've been drinking lots of hot water, and my sister also gave me some great tea at Christmas: Lipton's Bavarian Wild Berry. Yum--adding that to my regular line up!

Dh and I started doing the WATP video again today. Hope he'll keep it up; it's really nice doing it together.
