I'm for anything and everything. Bootcamp was a blast or just picking one of the SparkPeople video workouts, not just Bootcamp. There is such a variety. Maybe try 100-150 workout minutes per week as a goal? Too high or too little? Just thoughts!

I could do something involving daily totals, but I have a difficult time keeping up with tracking lots of details.
