I rarely get 8 hours of sleep, and never all a once. I inevitably have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (comes with middle age, I guess), but I go right back to sleep. I just don't sleep for more than 7 hours most of the time.

I finally did it. I slept exactly eight hours. It felt good, but alittle different. I just made myself stop things a little earlier last night and went to bed an hour earlier. We'll see how I feel later today. Have a great one, everyone!

I can't make myself get 8 hours of sleep. No matter what time I got to bed (usually between 9pm - 11pm)I wake up about 7 hours later.

I used to try and lay in bed for another hour. But now I just get up. If it's an exercise day then I do my workout. If not then I spend a few minutes praying or reading my Bible before going downstairs to check the previous day's schoolwork.

I'm in the same boat with you Tina. I'm getting about 6 1/2-7 hours a night. However, it does seem to be working out okay. But 8 hours would be better. So much to do, so little time.

~Hope your foot pain is doing better and you're getting longer stretches of sleep.

I'm sorry--that would be miserable! I know when I get woke up in the night that I need at least 3 solid hours of sleep after that to feel rested. Hope the pain's gone soon!!

I actually get to bed and wake up at times that SHOULD give me 8 hours or more. However, I never sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time and lately it's been more like 1-2 because of foot pain. I'll be so glad when I'm far enough past the sugery to not have to think about every move I make.

I seem to be getting 61/2 to 7 hours. There's just too much to do lately! Tho I did get an hour nap in a couple afternoons this last week. emoticon
