Today's bootcamp and challenge.. DONE!! Yay for my new stability ball!! I feel like part of the group again, lol.

I'm with you! I didn't quite make it through those lunges. I preferred today's crunches and such which were hard--but I felt great afterwards! Tho I'm sure you were able to work them harder. :)

Okay, did anyone else think today's optional challenge was really, really hard? Man, my stomach was burning! emoticon

The challenge a few days ago for the lower body was really hard, too, I thought. It was the day we did those funky lunges with a kick. I could hardly keep my balance for that one and almost fell over a few times. emoticon

Today's bootcamp and challenge done! You know, since these videos are only 10 or 15 minutes, you feel like it's not a big investment of time, and that you should be able to last THAT long! lol

They are a great brief workout!

Look down below in our team links for the SP New YOU bootcamp team. Join the team, then everyday you can go in & find that day's video. They are a great strength training, each 7 - 10 minutes long!

Hey Tina, I'm still in. I have done the routine and the cardio everyday. I wondered if they were going to repeat.
I'm kind of looking forward to doing the first few ball workouts with my new ball to see how different it is.
Glad your still in too.
I think Shawna is still in because she's going to try to get a ball, too.

I really tried today's video, but it's almost impossible to do without the stability ball. Plus, I had just finished a 44 min TurboJam DVD, so I probably was not in the mood to figure a way. I will try again tomorrow.

Well, I did day three and the challenge. This day was harder to do without the ball, but for the consistency of the thing, I went ahead and improvised the best I could.

I did 15 reps of the wall-pushup thing, and it felt good. I have trouble with my wrists and am trying to get back into regular push-ups w/o reinjuring my wrist, so I was glad to be able to do that kind.

ps. Shawna. It's nice to be thanked for being pushy. LOL

Okay, okay, okay.. boy, you ladies are pushy! LOL or maybe I just can't ignore a good challenge..

Anyway, I had decided that since I had no stability ball and since I had nowhere to put one if I got one, I would stop doing this bootcamp.

I can't watch you girls get it in and not be in on it!!! What's wrong with me?

I got in day 1 and day 2 yesterday (to catch up, ya know), plus the 27 min DVD I've been doing lately.

I think my next exercise purchase will be the stability ball, BUT, where will I store it when not in use????

I think the ball makes it easier to stretch out farther, and maybe works your abs while you do everything. Not sure about the stability with that one legged lunge tho. lol

Anyone else get in day 2?

I really like the way she's not starting out high cardio this time around! I think gentle is a better way to start. She's got plenty of time to challenge our hearts. :)

Shawna, your last post sounded so much like Winnie-the-Pooh, that I just had to chuckle.

I finished today's video and then did it again. I know my legs are going to kill me tomorrow. One legged squats!? Whoever heard of such a thing!

I didn't have a ball(no pun intended); does the ball make it easier or harder?

It's about a 10 minute workout everyday from the 4th to the 31st. You need at least 500 minutes cardio exercise for a chance to win the prizes. We're aiming for 600 minimum this month, so it's a great guide to getting your exercise! She also has mini challenges daily to help you lose. Check it out!

I see Ashley's in, and I'm in... Anyone else?
