shawna, My boy who is in physical training has a checkup every week--or maybe it is monthly--anyway. He has gained 10 pound since he left home and his body fat is now a whopping 3%--talk about underweight!! He has always been soooooo thin---I don't know where he gets his metabolism!

HAHA!! That's me and my kids, too!! In fact, the Wii Fit said one of my kids was actually UNDERweight! Of course, I don't know how accurate it was for a 7yo girl, lol.

I guess you all know that I never did any of those things in the first place--you know, the habits I kept?

Throwing out a pie is something I have never done!! I am impressed. Now, I have set out all the sweets on the table and told the kids to eat them all because I am tired of "trying" to stay out of them. (6 Skinny kids, that is)

Smart girl! I am so glad to have all the cookies and goodies OUT of here!!

I wasn't really too sure I should be calling the spinach dip a vegetable, especially since I wasn't eating it with the raw veggies. emoticon

Good job!! I was able to eat all my vegi's (it really helps when there is dip around-lol) and kept up my water and exercise.

Unfortunatly, the desserts keep calling my name, so today I actually threw out a whole pecan pie.

The good habits I kept over the holidays, by Ashley.

This Christmas I didn't drink, smoke, or chew tobacco. I didn't beat my kids, hit my husband, or curse, either. These are the good habits I kept over the holidays. I also exercised once or twice and even shared "the bowl" a couple of times.

Ha ha,---(I hope I get an "A")

I didn't keep many good habits, but I did make sure I drank my water (thanks to the Holiday challenge, Tina) and I exercised most days. I did NOT remember to eat slowly and I didn't abstain from ANY desserts or candies or fried foods... The water and exercise helped alot, though.

I managed to drink my water right up until the days with family and friends. I did do some exercise here and there, too. Dh went off with his new SP water bottle today. :)

Time to go plan my week's menu again. I've been slack on that, too. A big pot of vegetable soup sounds good...
