Or just enjoy your day and don't do excess, don't over stress about it. Be good before, be good after and have fun :) Don't forget to drink lotsa water!!

Weekends are my tough times too - but you're on track now seeking help/support. First off figure out the outings and the choices you can make that will be healthier. Are you going to a restaurant? Look up their menu ahead of time and make a sound decision about what you'll have. If you're having drinks, then count that in your 'intake' too. Sometimes you can plan out your intake over the day (eating less before going out - or perhaps filling up on good stuff like veggies or a broth/soup).

It's all in the planning... you know who you'll be around, the temptations that may sway you - make plans on how you'll avert these or deal with them (e.g. have the treat but in moderation).

And exercise - increase your activity if you can to burn the extra calories! emoticon

I want to stay on track and motivated but this weekend is my husband birthday and we are having guest coming in from out of town. I want to stay on track and not go overboard with the food and goodies. Any suggestions?
