D- (Not an F because I didn't binge, I got enough sleep, and I did eat some healthy things today).

Ate some candy and a bag of chips; normally don't do that. Although I wouldn't consider it to be a binge.
Didn't make it to the gym (although they closed a bit earlier because it was a Sunday).
Didn't drink any water!
Drank quite a bit of pop.
I did eat some healthy things though; more vegetables needed, however.

A+ for me today... those don't come often! I got in 17 glasses of water, 11 freggies, and 160 minutes of good sweating cardio and strength, and I stayed in my calorie range! Woo Hoo... bring on September!!!

Thanks, NOMOREPT. I think we're often our own worst critics.

Today's grade: B+
I did much better today. I was in the appropriate ranges for calories at 1547 (though my ideal would have been to stay on the low end), fat, carbs and protein. I also drank 12 8oz glasses of water and exercised for 30 minutes. I still need to do better on the freggies - only 3 today.

D+ yesterday...it was pretty bad. Lots of junk food, lots of calories (2069), only 2 freggies -- the only things I did right were exercise and water.

B- again... I better get going, or my GPA is going to be in the dump!

Slacking on the freggies because I need to go grocery shopping, but with running DD1 4-6 times a day for Drivers training that isn't giving me much time, then there's trying to get in the exercise... between the rain and DD1 that is getting a bit impossible. I did get in 90 minutes of destroying our bar and rebuilding last night.

I'm giving myself an A- for Saturday... generally it would be a bit lower, but I avoided all the temptation (and there were MANY) of the baked goods, and tasty treats at the luau! I ate grilled chicken instead of a burger, had some salad (my contribution to the pot luck.. woo hoo!!) and watermelon, and a couple rice krispie treats instead of snickers brownies, and dump cake! Got in lots of time playing backyard games and swimming. Didn't get in much water, but I also didn't give in to the tons of adult beverages that were available either.

I'll give myself a C+ for Friday. I stayed in my calorie range (though on the high end again), drank 16 glasses of water (that's a first), I exercised for 40 minutes and ran around with kids during the morning and afternoon playing with splash bombs...I only got 3 freggies and I didn't say no to 3 cookies. Also, I weighed in this morning and assessed the damage for the week -- up 1.1 lbs (not as bad as I thought it was going to be).

Ahhh, today of all days is not the day to start grading myself...I did horrible today. I have been going non-stop since 7am. I didn't exercise, I ate two cookies at lunch, only got in 4 freggies, I should have been low on my calorie range but ended on the high end for the third day in a row...

I did drink 12 8oz glasses of water though!

So, I'll give myself a D+.

Hmmm.. I'll give myself a B, I didn't get my fitness plan finished, only drank 9 glasses of water (10 glasses minimum for me daily) got about 3 hours on the wii today, but no real Cardio workout...I did however eat well!
