I can't imagine teaching NIA! I can barely do it!!

I still love Sanctuary, but Clarity is a close second!

I am liking DreamWalker a lot, it's the first routine I have to learn to teach. Especially "The Heart's a Lonely Hunter" with David Byrne. Clarity is also another of my faves. So many to pick from!!! I love Opal and Amethyst too.

Step up exercise again. Eat regularly and healthy meals.

I JUST went to class where we did DreamWalker, which is an old favorite. I'm doing GREAT in the classes. I've done it about a year now, and my body just loves NIA~~

Well, we did transitions again and I am getting to where I like it more! How is everyone doing with their NIA classes?

Hmmm... I haven't heard of the Rockettes routine! Sounds strenuous! We did Mood Food yesterday, an oldie with plenty of kicks.

THere's a new one called Infinity. Anyone tried that one??

If I remember which one you're talking about, I wasn't big on Opal either. It was a bit mellow for me - but then, I walk out unsatisfied if we don't do 15 minutes of kicking and if I have any water left in my bottle.

My normal teacher is out of town for two weeks, and we're having subs, which is interesting. A good way to be shaken out of routine. However, the sub teacher did this one number she called the Rockettes dance, wherein we held our arms straight out from our shoulders and kicked back and forth for the entirety of a song. My shoulders may actually never stop hurting. It's been two days!

I think my all time favorite is Sanctuary! We did a new on this weekend, OPAL, which I'm not sure I like.

Has anyone out there done Infinity???

I have a teacher who is almost a brown belt, and she's started doing mixes of routines. Sure keeps things interesting!!

There is one that I don't really like, but I can't remember the name of it. I wonder if it's transitions???

We did Transitions last night and it really wasn't all that. I didn't care for it.

All the routines are just incredible and I think my favorite is always the one I just did! I like Mood Food and Skywalker, and a really different on is Chakra Tuneup.

I have definitely lost weight, firmed up and just had a great time in NIA!

Welcome!

Pam

I'm new to NIA but my first routine was called "Diva" and it was sooo awesome. Yesterday was "Pony Up" and I cannot wait to find out what tomorrow's is!

Have you gals lost any weight and/or toned up with NIA? Thanks!
