Do you mean movement forms? Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido; Jazz, MODERN, and Duncan Dance, and Feldenkrais TM, The Alexander Technique, and Yoga.???
You left only one out? Hope to learn more about these individual elements!

That's what our class was about today-- 3 kinds of dance (jazz, modern, Duncan), 3 kinds of marial arts (Tai chi, Aikido, ????) and 3 healing arts (yoga, Feldenkrais, and Alexander Technique). We played with all those energies. FUN!!!!!!!!!!
