I do Nia twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:15-9:15!

Hey, Peachy! Have you checked out the NIA website?? There may be a teacher in your area. There are also some other DVDs. Isn't it the greatest??

I do the Global Fusion DVD about once a week. Its usually my treat on the day I work out on a day off. Its so freeing after doing a walk aerobics dvd for the rest of the week. If I could go to a class, I would definitely do NIA more often.

Hi, Heather! Glad you could join us! I go to classes on Monday and Wednesday morning too, and then try to go Sunday at noon.

NIA with live drumming must be something!!!!!! I want to hear all about that.

I only do it on Monday and Wednesday mornings right now, but the first Saturday of every month my studio has NIA with live drumming, so I am going to start going to that one as well!

2-3 times a week for me too. I would like to do more, but with teaching and also trying to keep up on my weight training, that's it for now. I hope to pick it up in the summer!

So usually I get it in 2 times a week, and if I have time 3 times. Any less than that and I am in serious withdrawal. I am a yoga teacher and have a crazy schedule with kids, etc, but I am a passionate Nia student. It really uplifts my moods, it's like therapy!

Step up exercise again. Eat regularly and healthy meals.
