I am so new to Nia. I now have a book and one DVD. Today I did the whole hour routine and it was wonderful. I like the DVD because your keep transitioning into new segments, unlike the youtube videos which are just one segment. But I do like to watch the youtube videos to learn more about Nia.
Anyway after doing Nia, I feel more in charge of myself and can make better choices, which helps keep me on track.

Dancing Nia just makes me feel good and when I feel good, I do better with staying on track.

It lifts my spirits, relieves my stress, and makes me feel like I am dancing on air.

I love it! Wish we had a class close but we don't so will continue to dance with "myself" in the sun roon.

I only have Nia once a week. All the other classes are during the day or otherwise conflicting in my area. The one I do do I look forward to and thoroughly enjoy. I let go of so much stress and have so much fun. I feel like I'm floating and free when I do Nia.

That's great! I agree with you. For me, those two months were especially challenging, but I continued to go to Nia and teach it three times a week and I always left the studio feeling so good and positive! It truly is a journey with milestone achievements and minor bumps along the way. I feel that Nia keeps me centered and helps me to deal with those minor "bumps" in Life's road. Keep going girl! You are doing great!

Nia keeps me uplifted. August and September were not the healthiest of months. However, when I went to Nia, it helped me to remember how far I have come and to keep loving myself. This is a journey.

Hello lovely Nia ladies!!! I had fallen off the wagon in September with the arrival of my fiance from Kentucky. Too much eating out and no exercise. The only thing I did was go take Nia class and teach Nia three times a week. I think without Nia, I would have been totally stressed out, overwhelmed (and I probably would have gained more weight then I actually did). So, I was just wondering how Nia helps you stay on track and keep your focus? Share!!
