I always just put in low impact aerobics.... not NIA at all, but I figured the calories would be about the same. I like your idea of adding the yoga!

Does anyone track Nia in the sparkpeople exercise tracker? How do you do it? When I looked in the system I saw line dancing and belly dancing....so I did 50 minutes of line dancing and 10 minutes of yoga just to plug something in...any better ideas???
