I too speak in rhyme alot... other people make me self-conscious about it - by commenting you're a poet and don't know it - but I do know it...

I find when I am reading a book, in certain places - I will catch the writer has written a rhyme... it's funny - but I am a true poet - have over 700 poems written to date, and can't help it most of the time.

Also wrote 25 short stories...

Hi, yes very much so...especially after I have been writing poetry for a while...but I guess it is good practice thinking this way...sometimes I even find I end up speaking in rhyme but I don't do it consciously, it just comes out that way LOL!

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

find yourself thinking in rhythm and rhyme? Sometimes when I've been really deep into poetry, I will catch myself thinking in prose. Sometimes I will be trying to match up words so there is symmetry in the length of the sentence, or breaking up the words so there is rhythm in some other way.

It is irritating sometimes!!! LOL
