I have found out that the things that I thought I couldn't live without (when I weighed 183) now don't taste good at all. And I'm thinking---I gained all that weight for this?? It doesn't even taste good!!!

Last night we ate out, was thinking of how long it had been since eating french fries. I don't miss them, have always enjoyed a good baked potato. Skeeter emoticon

Counting calories [good] my wife thinks I spend too much time at the computer [bad],when someone asks have you been loosing weight[good] and my family thinks all I talk about is SPARKS[bad],when I walk the fields all day [exercise good] and my wife thinks it's too hot[bad]. I could go on and on but she is about done in the kitchen and she might read this. Don't we have fun on old SPARKIE? Skeeter emoticon

I have so many new habits that I can't begin to list all of them, and no doubt bore all of you but the number 1 and 2 habits are exercising daily and eating healthy.
As far as any bad habits that have fallen by the wayside: eating the WHOLE thing--no matter what it was.
What are some of your good and bad habits that have been created in your life since joining Spark??
