I agree, I think our bodies are thinking "what in the world is going on!! where is my double cheeseburger! why ain't I sitting on the couch watching the boob tube!" Sometimes it just take a while.

True you may be gaining muscle. The good thing is you didn't gain. Keep up the good work.

Don't forget that if you're hitting your exercise goals you may be building muscle at the same time as you're losing fat. Since muscle weighs more, your numbers might not reflect the progress you're making.

Focus on the victory of achieving your goals -- that's your reward this week, and the numerical rewards will follow! Congratulations! :)

It works if you do it. It doesn't if you don't. It's that simple.

Thanks for the support! I just really expected to see something; I hit all of my food & exercise goals. As far as the starvation mode goes, that's where I came from when I started SP. I've been trying to lose weight so long, that I'd gotten overly conscious of how many calories foods had & wasn't eating enough usually. I've been pretty good about staying in my range, but this week I did really well. I guess I'll stick to what I've been doing and see what happens next week.

Here are a few things to consider, Yes sometimes it takes time for your body to catch up, but here are a couple of other things to consider: How many calories are you eating? How many calories are you burning? If you are not eating enough your body will go into starvation mode. Just some things to think about. Hang in there It will work it self out with time.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Sometimes it just takes our bodies time to adjust and be ready to let go of the weight. Try not to get stressed about it. Just keep at it and your body will eventually get with the program. At least you didn't gain ;)

Jameslou016---Hang in there. Sometimes it takes your body some time to catch up with your good actions. Keep doing what you know is healthy and right and you will see the scale move.

I had a picture perfect week this last week. I hit all my goals and was satisfied with the food I ate; however, I didn't lose even half a pound or inch! I thought for sure I'd see some inprovement because even after the weekend that I had a major junk binge I lost something. I don't know what to do.
