That is a tough one. My next best idea is to do a search on the net and see if it comes up with anything. Recapie sites are fairly helpful now too.

Just another thought.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Hey Sharleen,
Thanks for replying to my e. I'm eating fresh Thai food directly from my neighbors or the local market, so I won't be reading anything off packages. For example, minced water buffalo, hot peanut dip, grilled bee larvae, snail curry, and basil pork are a few of the common dishes that I chew on.

FishTacoBreath, I am not sure if there are any websites that have the thai foods in the calorie data base. But You could possably make up your own foods, or enter the limits in off the packages. Let me know if you have not done this before and I can help you.

To all,
I live in Thailand and I'm finding it hard to find local foods listed in the food list database. Do you know of any sites that might list the nutritional stats on Thai foods?

Thanks in advance.
