Sorry to hear of your trouble getting in your fitness minutes Goriana. I can relate, but so far 2014 has been a good year for me fitness wise at least. I have been going to the gym three times a week for more than a year (most weeks). And, I'm really patting myself on the back for it since it is hard work. I am a big believer in positive self talk.

And, I just joined Curves. I felt like I needed to spice things up a bit -- getting bored with the same old, same old. My insurance made it possible for me to join for $25, and then it is $25 a month. I need to stay for three months, but after that I can decide whether or not to do so.

My husband and I have continued to walk almost every day (40 minutes to an hour), but I haven't been to the pool yet. Hopefully, I'll get back there soon.

Hope you can get back on track soon.

How is it going? 2014 has been a challenge for me. My weifht loss stalled and i am having trouble doing the fitness minutes i desire. ...like today i was to go swimming, but my husband asked a service man to stop by and i am the one to talk to him.

Tried going sweets free and only got to four days. Not ready yet.
