Don't sit around waiting for enought energy to get going. Get yourself moving and you'll create the energy necessary to keep you in motion. Do yu just not feel like doing anything? That's the time when you can make the biggest positive differnece for yourself by going ahead and taking action anyway. Since I've starting working out 5-6 days/week my clothes have been fitting so much nicer and my energy is through the roof. I'm also eating mostly clean. I refuse to go backwards.

Too long I've been trying to get past one obstacle or another towards a more healthy diet. I'm a stress eater, but I'm also a boredom eater. I also eat to celebrate and socialize. I'm realizing there will always be something. Life isn't perfect and I need to plan for those times that aren't smooth sailing because the reality is that most times are like that.

How do you keep on your path towards healthy living?
