I have to say I'm super happy - 6 days of exercise this past week! Plus, I tracked for 5 days. Hoping to keep that momentum this week.

This week, do at least 5 days of exercise and try to get more sleep. I just need to get one more hour, but that is easier said than done.

My goals are watching. logging what i eat and working out everyday. So far so good.

TAKE THE INITIATIVEl

Don't sit around waiting for enought energy to get going. Get yourself moving and you'll create the energy necessary to keep you in motion. Do yu just not feel like doing anything? That's the time when you can make the biggest positive differnece for yourself by going ahead and taking action anyway. In ways small and largem your world right now is filled with opportunities to make a difference. Take the initiative. The only thing you need to take the first step is

January is rolling right along. Hopefully, you're rolling right along with it with your goals for the month in mind all along. What are you focusing on?

I've been sleeping. That's right, this year I plan to sleep well and cook. So far, I'm on those goals. The difficulty is sticking to those new goals while still adhering to past goals. I haven't worked out as much as I like. I need to figure how to eat right when I can't find the time to exercise.
