@MSDIAMOND600: so Impressive that you do your workout before work. With all the 'startup' required to get me going in the morning, I can barely manage to be nice to my husband. (But, I'm super sweet in the evening, so that makes up for it, right?)

That's great. I did spinning this morning before work and jumped on the treadmill.

Hello. Hope yesterday was awesome, if not there's still time to make today awesome.

I did 1.5 hours of swimming, but I was feeling kinda bored with it. Then, I felt impressed by myself that I've gone from a complete beginner to finding swimming boring. Ha. Ha. After those thoughts I just kept right on going because I still want to improve my distance. I can go 100 yards with the backstroke and 50 with the crawl; I get to feeling overwhelmed about coordinating the breathing with my face in the water.

Anyway, one day at a time, right? emoticon
