Congratulations on that workout! Looks like you're finding the way to fit in exercise. Keep up the good work.

I've been losing the same three pounds that keeps finding it's way back, like a lost puppy. My biggest challenge is eating. I'm still learning how to feed myself just enough.Everyday is a chance to learn something, that's how I look at it.

I am also but i have to remind myself that they are with help 24hrs a day. But i do find it motivating with really good tips. Well last night i didnt do the hitt 20 but i did get on the elliptcal for 1hr and 40 mins with three 5 min breaks to take my puppy out for a quick potty break. lol. So i will do the hitt 20 tonight because wednesday are break days for turbo fire so i will do this and maybe zumba. I have to stay motivated because i havent been until this week. I lost weight and gained most of it back. So one day at a time.

TAKE THE INITIATIVEl

Don't sit around waiting for enought energy to get going. Get yourself moving and you'll create the energy necessary to keep you in motion. Do yu just not feel like doing anything? That's the time when you can make the biggest positive differnece for yourself by going ahead and taking action anyway. In ways small and largem your world right now is filled with opportunities to make a difference. Take the initiative. The only thing you need to take the first step is

@Tamika75--How do you do? So glad to see you stop by; That's a great strategy to do your workout when you watch TV. I'm back and forth between being inspired and being overwhelmed by what the contestants on Biggest Loser accomplish.

So far my day is shaping up alright. no complaints.

today i'm going to do a hitt 20 for turbo fire and the ellipitcal tonight while watching the biggest loser.

Good Morning, hope today is shaping up just the way you would like, if not why not nudge it towards that direction?

I made a rice breakfast, inspired by a recipe I saw in a book, and ginger tea, then work, then swim, and back home.
