I am still here. Glad to see others are too. We all have to be much better off working at being healthier. I still weigh too much but my daily foods have changed in the 4 years I have been a member of SP. Still have a problem with sugar but eat less baked goods than before. I use a pedometer and can see how much movement I have in a day. I think tracking food, exercise and other goals really helps me. I make myself track even on bad days. I've found that the bad days are not worth giving up over. Even if the next day is still off track I am still working at my goals.

Hello, I am still here. My problem is sticking to exercising. But this last week i have proved to myself that i can do it. Stay positive on your journey.

TAKE THE INITIATIVEl

Don't sit around waiting for enought energy to get going. Get yourself moving and you'll create the energy necessary to keep you in motion. Do yu just not feel like doing anything? That's the time when you can make the biggest positive differnece for yourself by going ahead and taking action anyway. In ways small and largem your world right now is filled with opportunities to make a difference. Take the initiative. The only thing you need to take the first step is

According to the Team Stats, several of us that signed up in this week in 2007 are still around on this site. Many of you have done well at your goals; Me? I'm down 4 pounds from when I signed up. I went up ten pounds first, though. Now, I'm having a tough time getting consumption down to get the fat down. Sigh.

I know what my trouble is though, I need to either eat less or exercise more. Both have proven to be a challenge.

Still working on getting better. Hope everyone else is doing well..
