Keep it up it will break thru.
May have to limit those goodies to once a week. I had to wean my self off of doughnuts was the baked good I couldn't go without. Over about a 2 months I would slowing cut it down & replaced it with fiber 1 bar oh it has chocolate drizzle on it and taste like a candy bar. There are other good choice fruit bars Can't think of the name of them.

I probably workout more than I used to. But, I am inconsistent. The biggest challenge, however, is eating right. I like candy and baked goods. I still haven't figured it out yet. I weight the same. At least I'm not heavier. I have had difficulty keeping the momentum going. Maybe some day.

Tried going sweets free and only got to four days. Not ready yet.
Trying again.

water is about all I drink the dr told me to get my full calories. I thought I was doing good by cutting them back. No just freaking out my body which he says thinks I am trying to strave it. So I am working on that.
Ouch! I have been lucky so far only pulled some tendons & sprained my ankle. Now I am keeping it safe. hopefully thanks for responding..

Hi Martha, I was in a rut through most of the winter, but at my last dr's visit, I was surprised to find I actually lost 4 lbs ! One thing that may be contributing to that success, is I cut out soda(diet) and increased water, I drank a lot of water but I upped it to about 4 bottles a day. I had broken my wrist so the gym was out till recently, so it will be interesting to see what happens with the increased physical activity. Keep PUSHING !!! Tina emoticon
