My plan is to get a great start to 2009 by carefully watching my food and by working out 5 days a week...I'm hoping by doing that for all of January I can make it a habit that will stick all year round. I have been diligent in tracking my food during the week and haven't missed a workout yet.

So far so good!

I hope every one has had a great begining to this new year. We have all learned alot from being on spark and we have all came a long way. So from all that we have learned How are you starting off your new year?

I have really started my exercise agin I am hitting the gym three days aweek and working out at home 2 days a week. I have gottne my eatting down and just got to stick to my Guns and keep the exercise going
