Things have been going fairly good. Work is a bit busy but I guess that is an ok thing because I would rather be busy then slow. Most of my free time was being spent at the gym, but now I am going back to school after taking an extended break so there is not a lot of free time any more. Hopefully after a week or two I will get a little more used to taking classes and be able to hit the gym a little harder again.

Ambermnance Sorry to hear your husband is gone for a while. It is always hard when a family member leaves for an extended period of time. Sounds like you are handeling it fairly well though. Good job on the weight loss. And spending more time with you daughter.

My weight loss has been on hold for some reason. I was doing so good then took the summer off of working out due to an injury the whole time maintaining what I lost. Then in fall I started going to the gym again and gained 10 pounds. Since then I have maintained. Even with working out every day. I still can't lose any weight, but I do know overall I am getting stronger so I am not too worried about not losing weight.

How is everyone else doing?

My hubby has left(basic training) and i am on day five things are getting better I wanted to see how is every one here?
I have lost 5lb this week im happy Its been better now that i am getting out more with my daughter.
Hows your weight loss?
