Any type of exercise is great, but if you canset aside thirty minutes of time in the morning and thirty minutes of time in the afternoon, preferably after dinner than you'll find yopurself wanting to add more time for even more exercise.

You can lose that weight by next week, but it will only be a number and a temporary fix. You will mostly likely yo yo and screw up your metabolism and make it harder to lose more weight. The smart way to do it is like I said before, slowly.

Exercise is important, but wether you do 3 10 minute sessions or one 30 minute sessions it does not matter. The important thing is you are getting exercise in. some say that it is good to exercise right before we eat because it does increase the metabolism. I personally do mine throught the day, a little cardio in the morning then strength and or more cardio in the afternoon. Just to keep her body moving. Do what feels right for you.

The only safe way to lose weight is slowly. The best idea is to track your food and extercise. Keep it within your ranges. you should not focus on losing more then 2 pounds per week. If it happens and you are eating and exercising correctly then it is ok, but for the most part 2 pounds is the only safe bet.

Well, I was kinda wondering... I'm not the type of person who just stops everything and exercises for however many minutes, but I do exercise in little bits throughout the day. Is this just as effective in helping me lose weight? I need to lose a lot of weight!

Also, I have a goal to lose 10 lbs (5.5 lbs to go!) before next thursday. Any good tips on how to do this? I know I can!
