Oh man. Household issues are always such a pain!
Glad the floor is done, now. Good luck with the rest of the week, and getting back to plan.

What if we woke up tomorrow with only those things that we thanked God for today?

I sooooo know what u are talking about! I haven't been able to get on my computer for a week (typing on my phone right now.) My dishwasher sprung a leak and we had to pull up flooring in our kitchen and dining area! I haven't had my stove because of this for over a week - therefore we have had to each almost every meal "out". I just learned that my schedule for next year at work is going to royally stink - and I binged on TACO BELL! Ugh! Sooooo mad at myself! However, my floors just got fixed - the repairmen are leaving as I type this. I can use my stove tomorrow, and I can stress about the schedule come August. Tomorrow is a new day and I'll have to treat it as such. As CJ said - no profound words of wisdom, but we are all here for you, as I am sure u are for us! We CAN and WILL beat this weight!

That's tough when we hit a wall! I hate that feeling!

I try and remember that motivation doesn't have to be obvious, it doesn't have to be all rah rah with pom poms and megaphones, it can be, and often is, very quiet. It is one turned down treat, one exercise session, one glass of water, a few extra steps in your day. It is small things, done consistently, that matter. One small thing builds on another, which builds on another.

So, no fabulous 'words of wisdom' or pep talks, but just the encouragement to keep doing what you're doing, you will break threw that wall!

I am down to around 224-226 depending on the day. Eating my calories or below each day and am exercising on elliptical 45 minutes 3-4 times a week... but yesterday I hit a wall of discouragement and BLAH!

Last time I did this I got down to 225 and was unable to move off of it for over a month before I stopped counting and exercising.

I am keeping my calories in the range, but things I might include in those calories are... a serving of Cheetos, chic-fil-a sandwich and fries, ...okay, those are my big "empty calories."

I'm not really having trouble resisting things - even this morning I resisted free bear-claws and assorted donuts, but I just feel BLAH today and last night. Last night I was to play tennis and ended up staying home - didn't do elliptical either.

I haven't stopped, I just need some encouragement.
